At Lean Manufacturing Deployment our purpose is to improve business performance. Operating across all industries, providing sustainable Lean solutions through Leadership coaching, training and shop floor improvements.

Our Experience

Lean Manufacturing Deployment Ltd has been founded by Ken Jones. An Enterprise Excellence Shingo Award Winner and Operational Excellence Director. Former Lean Learning Academy Manager and site leader of Automotive integrated production systems delivering transformation in UK brown field sites (Toyota TPS). Bringing over 30 years’ experience in Engineering, Quality & Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Lean Systems Thinking. Spanning Contract Manufacture, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Nuclear sectors.

Our Certifications and Industry Recognition

Academic achievements include a Masters of Engineering following a BSc honours degree in Technology. Patent Inventor for an industry first Digital Policy Deployment system at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). Also, achieved Silver Standard Assessor status for the Tata Business Excellence Model. Professional recognition as a Shingo Bronze medallion recipient for Enterprise Excellence at Ipsen Biopharmaceutical.
